Who prints and ships my order?
Print books are printed on demand by Lulu and shipped to you. Card sets are printed to order by our print partner and shipped to you. Nothing is stored in a warehouse, so each copy is made for you. Printables are digital downloads, and nothing ships.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. They depend on the printer and your address. Details confirmed at launch.
Where do you ship?
Shipping destinations are shown at checkout and are confirmed at launch.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when it ships. The Track my order page explains each step and has a form if you need us.
What if my copy arrives damaged or misprinted?
Write to us through the Track my order form with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll work with the printer to put it right. Refund and reprint terms are confirmed at launch.
Can I return an item?
Because each copy is printed to order, returns for reasons other than damage or misprints depend on the printer's policy. Details confirmed at launch.
How do the free downloads work?
Free downloads, like the Ofrenda printable, are PDF files you can download right away from their page, with no checkout and no account. They are for personal use; the license is linked beside each file.
How is payment handled?
Payments for print books go through Lulu's checkout. Payments for card sets go through a secure payment page. Your card details are entered on those secure pages, not on this site.
Is sales tax included?
Any sales tax is calculated at checkout. Details confirmed at launch.
Are the books on Kindle?
Kindle editions are coming. Sign up for the newsletter to hear when they are ready.
Who answers my messages?
Our teammates are AI. They draft replies, and William approves each one before it is sent.
