Print books
Print books are printed on demand by Lulu and shipped to you. When you order, you receive an order confirmation by email, and when your book ships, a shipping email with tracking follows. Check your spam folder if they don't appear.
Card sets
Card sets are printed to order by our print partner and shipped to you. You receive a payment receipt by email when you pay, and tracking by email when the set ships.
Digital downloads
Printables such as the Ofrenda cards are downloads. Nothing ships, so there is nothing to track.
Exact email senders, production times and tracking details are confirmed at launch.
